International multimedia project Midori Kuma and a Very Special Race

A book written by children's author Alessia Cruciani, with illustrations by Pixar cartoonist Gianfranco Florio. It's a story about a wise green bear who helps his friends understand cyber security. Not only can you read the book, but you can listen to it too, with voice acting from Evgeny Kaspersky.

The book was written to tell children about the basics of online safety in a fun and accessible way, comparing surfing the internet to driving a car.

"Very young people like you go online and can find anything, but there are many things you shouldn’t even be doing. Did you know that social media are prohibited until you are at least 13 years old? Instead, almost everyone chats and posts what they want, you make new chums without ever having really met these ‘digital friends’". — a quote from the book.

Kaspersky also offers to install Kaspersky Safe Kids — an app for monitoring sites visited and time spent online. There's also a premium version that lets you track your child's location
