The Tough for Teenagers chatbot

The National Media Group together with more.tv and the educational site Chalk have developed a technological solution to help teenagers in difficult situations – the Tough for Teenagers chatbot (@trudno_podrostkam_bot) on Telegram. The bot selects articles with expert advice on the most common topics that trouble teenagers. It was launched simultaneously with the start of the third season of the more.tv original project Troubled Teens – a popular series that raises acute youth social issues. The @trudno_podrostkam_bot currently has about 14,000 subscribers on Telegram.

Quickly help teenagers correctly identify the issue, and find and offer the most relevant content about how to resolve it. In the most serious cases, teenagers are put in direct contact with the official service that handles such issues. The bot chats as characters from the series, who already have the audience's trust.
